3. Your account and responsibilities

You are also responsible for the business content, products, FAQs, and responses you configure or approve on the platform.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MerchantPilot to:

• Send spam, deceptive, harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

5. AI-generated responses

MerchantPilot may generate replies or suggestions using AI. While we aim for usefulness and quality, we do not guarantee that every AI-generated response will always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.

Businesses remain responsible for their customer communications, product claims, pricing, offers, and final business decisions.

6. WhatsApp and third-party services

MerchantPilot may depend on third-party platforms and providers, including Meta / WhatsApp, hosting providers, AI providers, analytics tools, and payment services.

We are not responsible for interruptions, policy changes, restrictions, outages, or enforcement actions caused by those third-party providers.

7. Data and content

You retain responsibility for the data and content you upload, connect, or process through the platform. By using the service, you grant us permission to process that data as needed to provide, support, secure, and improve MerchantPilot.

8. Pricing and payments

Some parts of the service may be offered on paid plans, setup fees, or usage-based limits. If you subscribe to a paid offering, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the services you choose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WORKNEX LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising out of or related to the use of MerchantPilot.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
